How long is the commitment?

The initial commitment is only one year. The majority of our coaching clients consider their coach as a cost-effective, pace-pushing virtual member of their team. Our most successful clients have multi-year relationships with their coaches, which leads to major transformations in their executive leadership skills, client experience, operations, and team dynamics. We have flexible programs which meet your needs. We don’t ask you to sign multi-year contracts, our clients simply find value in the program and want to stick around longer.

What is the fee structure?

Journey Coaching offers three (3) service options, with Annual and Monthly Payment Options.

How often do I speak with my coach?

The frequency of financial advisor coaching depends on what you are trying to achieve. On average, you will have structured hour-long coaching sessions twice a month.

What occurs during my financial advisor coaching sessions?

In the first 20 - 30 days, a lot happens with a minimal time investment on your part.

  • First, The Journey System begins with a Discovery Meeting, achieving extreme clarity about your most optimistic objectives.

  • Second, you receive a facilitated Journey Readiness Score (JRS)™ Assessment of your firm. This proven methodology, based upon an award-winning assessment format, shows you exactly where your business is today, and creates action items to begin meaningful changes.

  • Third, your Journey Coach develops a prioritized, sequential strategy designed to get fast, long-lasting results.

Coaching begins with our C.O.R.E Process which takes the JRS Assessment and helps you implement changes in business behaviors which produce the results you seek. Ongoing coaching and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s) help you cstay on track and continue to move forward.

What resources do I get access to in addition to my coaching sessions?

There are many additional resources - all designed to enhance your coaching sessions and accelerate your transformative experience. We call these “Journey Tools”, which include reports, instructions, and templates to accelerate your progress and growth. We have hundreds of Journey Tools for every aspect of your business.
